The firm has its origins in 1991 when it commenced operations as Carwardine and Petrusma at The Grange. Laurie Carwardine and Eric Petrusma started with a handful of clients and employed a secretary. In 1995 Laurie Carwardine moved to Alderley and the firm was named Carwardine and Associates. Since its humble beginnings 33 years ago, it has now grown to be a thriving operation of sixteen people. Growth in the firm has been organic through a mix of referrals, industry contacts and marketing.
Today we have clients from salary and wage earners to business clients with turnovers of up to $50 million.
